We publish a new podcast episode every week when “in-season” and each month we host an event called The Monday Maker Mixer.
With each episode, our audience continues to grow and expand within the Asheville and Western North Carolina community.
While we aren’t able to see quite yet where are listeners are coming from (demographic data on podcasts is a notoriously fractured area!), but we we know from our social media and email marketing insights that more than 90% of our followers are from the Asheville area between the ages of 25-44. Additionally, almost all of our podcast reviews are from Asheville-based folk.
That said, each week we get emails from people who are moving to town and are thankful to hear that there is a thriving and enthusiastic community of makers and entrepreneurs here in Asheville. So while out-of-towners might be the minority, they certainly seem engaged!
We’re continuing to put more time, money, and resources into making each episode better than the ones before. At the time of writing this, we average 5-Stars on Apple Podcast with almost 30 reviews.
